We will provide a final invoice at this point. Final numbers, menu, dietary requirements, event run sheet and payment need to be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the event. The minimum number of guests for all Bumpy Road Catering and Events is 30 people or a minimal spends. Payment is required prior to or on the day of delivery unless agreed by prior arrangement. Delivery only orders must be confirmed 48 hours prior to delivery. If the final numbers decrease after confirmation has been made you will be charged at your confirmed numbers. Menus, final numbers, dietary requirements and staff for functions are to be confirmed 14 days prior to the event. Any additional charges will be invoiced after the event.

The balance will be invoiced upon confirmation of numbers 14 working days prior to the function and full payment of the function is required prior to the event date, unless other arrangements have been made previously. No event is considered confirmed until deposit has been received. All quotes are subject to availability at the time of booking and a $500 deposit is required to secure the event date. Our bank account details are located on each invoice for payment by direct transfer, and we also accept payment by cheque. We accept payment by most credit cards, including Mastercard, AMEX and Visa (2% credit card surcharge applies). Payment is required prior to or on delivery, unless authorized in advance. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
